MGS has built successful business relationships with major companies including Marubeni, Riverina Oils and BioEnergy, Wilmar Gavilon, East Coast Stockfeeds, Robinson Grain Trading and the Manildra group, as well as with local merchants and storage handlers. We maintain these relationships even when we are not actively working for these clients and growers by the communication of market and seasonal developments through various electronic platforms and, because we are a little bit old school, old fashioned talking.
MGS have been very proud to handle the intake of harvest canola for the Riverina Oils and BioEnergy plant at harvest time. We have been able to use our expertise to help the factory achieve receivals that any major grain receival plant would be envious of, this has enabled the factory staff to concentrate on producing oil which is their focus. Our extensive grower base has also ensured exposure of the plant to a wide range of growers.
We have also managed, for the past four years, the southern region logistics for the Manildra group, for their DDG by product. We have received and cooled it ready forsilo storage in Victorian feed mills.
